本身禅七应该多交流一些关于禅定的基础知识，怎么去禅定，这些东西在我看来，禅定真的是挨出来的，就是磨出来的，长期这么打出来的。讲理论非常的重要，大家要去看、去观察、去思维，但是如果不去做这些理论作为空头理论的话那是没有用的，所以我就少说，希望大家经常去打（坐）。
