Regard Tang and I talk about Mental health topic just doesn't get talked enough. Regard personally went through a depression and anxiety journey for so many years without knowing. She was a professional makeup artist in fashion and commercial industry for a decade. Because of her previous job nature, Regard lost happiness and blindingly climbing the success ladder. It left her unfulfilled and hating herself everyday. Three years ago, Regard started going to therapy and gave her a chance to heal her inner child and and self-love. Regard's unique story is relatable for many people out there; and would love to share her story on my platform in order to serve your community and inspire others.
