－公司管理階層與董事們該如何融洽相處？
－董事長該如何理解自己的角色呢？

Today we bring back Victor who, as our listeners may recall, has a wealth of corporate experience. Having been a partner at BCG, Victor now serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Amer Sports which has 60 offices worldwide. He earned his MBA from University of Chicago.
Victor advises us on how to think about and hold board meetings and provides us some “Dos and Don’ts”:
-How should management view board meetings? In what way are board meetings like a show? (Hint: management should know its lines and not go off script.)
-Management should know the audience: board members are generally intelligent and savvy, but they are very busy! (So get to the point.)
-If management treats board meetings like a “home court” event, how should it manage the tempo to efficiently facilitate these meetings?
-How should management and its board get along?
-How should the chairperson think about his or her role?
