1. LIANQIN VILLAGERS RETURN HOME

联勤村村民陆续返家

On April 16th, all 2,336 villagers of Lianqin Village in Beicai Town, Pudong were relocated as the village required a thorough disinfection【消毒】 as the area was heavily contaminated. Starting from yesterday, the villagers began to return home. Lei Shuran has more.

4月16日，浦东北蔡镇联勤村由于受到疫情严重污染，需要进行彻底的消杀，全村2336名村民全部搬离。昨日起，村民们开始陆续回家。记者雷舒然带来更多详细报道。

The transfer of the villagers back to their homes is scheduled to take 3 days, a total of 1,600 people have come home so far.

全部人员的返家工作预计将在三天内完成。到目前为止，共计1600人已经回家。

In the village, volunteers are in charge of delivering the food and daily necessities to the returned residents and the community officials said that they'll make sure the villagers are supplied.

在联勤村，志愿者们负责为返家的村民分发食品和生活物资。村镇管理人员表示，他们会保障村民们的物资供应。

The professional teams have disinfected the village and we'll continuously patrol【巡逻】 the area to prevent any outsiders from entering.

The police have dispatched【派遣】 2 police officers, 25 auxiliary policemen, and two vehicles to patrol the area 24 hours a day.

Among the list of key enterprises to resume work in Shanghai, many are in the automobile industrial chain. 97 companies in Jiading District have been implementing various measures to improve overall production capacity.

上海公布的全市复工复产重点企业名录中，有很多是汽车产业链相关企业。其中，嘉定97家相关企业正采取各项措施来提高整体生产能力。

26 R&D staff have returned to their positions at Nio's auto tech research center located in the Shanghai International Automobile City in Anting Town, Jiading District. The center now has 25 percent of its employees working in a closed loop for assisted driving tests. As part of the firm's pandemic prevention measures, they do two antigen tests everyday and one PCR test every two days.

在嘉定区安亭镇上海国际汽车城，蔚来汽车技术研究中心的26名研发人员已经返岗。目前研究中心约25%的员工实现复工，开展辅助驾驶测评工作。到厂区之后，这些工人进行封闭管理。为了做好疫情防控，员工们每天进行两次抗原自我检测，每隔一天进行核酸检验。

At SAIC Volkswagen, also in Anting Town, around 4,000 employees are working in a closed loop. A medical team from Shanghai University Mengchao Cancer Hospital has been dispatched to the factory in order to ensure a 48 hour turn-around time for PCR test results.

同样位于安亭镇的上汽大众有近4000名员工返厂返岗进行封闭生产。上海孟超肿瘤医院的一支医疗队被派往厂区支援核酸采样任务，以确保返厂员工满足持48小时核酸阴性证明的防疫要求。

Anting Town has also been preparing to get more people back to work in the auto industry, while making sure to follow protocols and meet the necessary demands of staff working under closed loop management.

3. FIRST ALL-PRIVATE ASTRONAUT TEAM IS HEADED HOME

首支“全私人”宇航团队返回地球

The first all-private astronaut team ever to fly aboard the International Space Station departed the orbiting outpost this morning to begin a descent back to Earth, capping a two-week science mission hailed as a milestone in commercial spaceflight.

首支前往国际太空站的“全私人”宇航团队结束了为期两周的科学任务，于周一（4月25日）上午脱离轨道，启程返回地球。此次任务被视为商业太空飞行的里程碑。

A SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule carrying the team from the Houston-based startup company Axiom Space will parachute【跳伞】 into the Atlantic off the coast of Florida after a 16-hour de-orbiting flight. The return trip was postponed【推迟】 for several days due to unfavorable weather at the splash-down zone【溅落区】, extending the Axiom crew's stay in orbit【轨道】 from 10 days to 17. The members of the crew are from the US, Canada and Isreal, and include one retired NASA astronaut. The Axiom quartet became the first all-commercial astronaut team ever launched to the space station, where they performed a variety of science experiments, did bio-medical research and technology demonstrations【演示】 while in orbit.
