In a deal that one Instagram user called "peak San Francisco," a 120-year-old home sold in mid-January for just shy of $2 million.

According to its listing, the property has one bathroom, and a kitchen that appears to date to World War II, but zero bedrooms.

Guinness’s rules required Alanis to remain in his seat with his attention on the screen for the entire film, including the credits. He was not allowed to look at his phone or take bathroom breaks during the showings.
