Perogies
Many Canadians love perogies. （许多加拿大人喜欢吃饺子。）A perogy is like a dumpling. （饺子就像是中国的饺子一样。）You fill a pocket of dough with a mixture of mashed potatoes and cheese. （往一个面团里放满土豆泥和芝士。）You can eat them boiled or fried.（可以煮着吃也可以煎着吃。） They taste great with fried onions and melted butter, and some sour cream.（混着煎洋葱和融化的黄油，还有一些酸奶油都非常好吃。）
