Dr. BJ Fogg founded the Behaviour Design Lab at Stanford University, where he directs research, innovation...and teaches industry innovators how to use his models and methods in behaviour design. The purpose of his research and teaching is to help millions of people improve their lives. He has trained company founders, Fortune 500 companies...with a focus on health, productivity, and financial wellbeing.

In this conversation we discuss the Maui habit, how the pandemic has forged new habits - and structuring tiny habits. We explore B=MAP...a simple formula to analyse, design and change behaviour.

We dive into building good habits, stopping bad ones, anchoring, celebrations of success and hacking habits. We unpack the Fogg behaviour maxims such as "help people feel successful" and other topics like swimming, pullups, self-improvement, courage and serving others.
