Weightloss and more importantly weight gain in sobriety is natural. We all compare and contrast our sober journeys to others, but we never really know what is happening behind the scenes. In this episode Claire shares her experience gaining over 100lbs and losing over 100lbs and how that affected her relationship with alcohol. In this episode Claire touches on how her weight gain affected her mental health and how society treated her on the flip side we also talk about how it felt mentally and physically to lose the weight. Claire talks about her food addiction and how her health issues and weight led to her alcohol addiction.
