Rod MacPhail is a serial entrepreneur who currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa and works in the property development and tourism industry. Rod was born in Scotland, but has spent more years in South Africa than Scotland.
Rod is my father and this was my privilege to have this conversation. We talked about his childhood, education and first business opportunity. Having started, owned and operated more than 20 diverse businesses, across two continents, Rod has some tips to share about being your own boss.
