If you say so 字面上是如果你这么说，翻译成“那就照你说的办吧”这里有不情愿的意思。类似的if you insist,也可以翻译成“恭敬不如从命”根据上下文吧。

Joey说扮演的角色喜欢ruffle some feathers 搅乱羽毛，实际的意思是惹人生气，惹人烦。
