Hello everyone, welcome to another brand new episode featuring Sushant Gupta, Founder & Chairman of SG Analytics, a Global Insights and Analytics firm he founded in 2007. We sat down to delve deep into the concepts of sustainability and inclusion - a holistic perspective that goes beyond mere tokenistic definitions. It also interestingly took us through various other nuances that crop up within them.
With analogies of nature and drawing parallels to organisational structure and professional interview setups, Sushant wonderfully articulates his values, beliefs and newfound thought discoveries.
