Are you numbing your feelings without even realizing it. Most people think that to numb your feelings you need drugs or alcohol, but that simply isn’t true. There are many things we do on a day to day basis that allow us to avoid feeling our feelings. The problem with numbing is that you can’t properly heal unless you feel your feelings. In today’s episode, I talk about the different ways that we numb ourselves and better alternatives for dealing with our feelings.
