In this episode I talk about how your environment you lived in as a child or even as an adult affect you and the choices you make.
What you are familiar with will be the choices you make in your life unless you choose to do the opposite which should be what is best for you and others, not what will cause harm to you or others.
How does this factor into self love? Life is a journey and as we go through different phases and stages in our lives, we are absorbing lessons and trials at the same time trying to figure out who we are. At some point we will come to an awakening moment if we choose to where everything we have gone through will either push us into who we are supposed to be or keep us stagnant in fear.
