想要擁有健康的體態最重要的一環是建立健康的飲食觀念,現在資訊普及,很多人也開始提倡不同的飲食方式,相信各位常常在社群上看到越來越多關於所謂“健康飲食和健康生活”的分享。然而這些廣泛流傳的資訊卻不完全是最正確或是適合每一個人的。踏步在減肥迷思,過度偏激的減脂或是仰賴健康食品的生活方式可能會造成更多的人體負擔和心理壓力,最終導致不如預期的反效果。簡而言之,找到適合自己的飲食方式才能有效並快樂的建立屬於自己的健康生活和體態。在這一集中,我們邀請了一位專家朋友(也是營養師to be!)跟我們分享她追求健康飲食之旅的故事!

We all know the rise of influencers but have you been noticing the popularity of healthy lifestyle influencers promoting healthy eating through their social media as well? With the rising awareness of health and fitness in Taiwan, there has been a lot of education about how we should eat conscientiously. Living a healthy diet lifestyle is not about strict limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, healthy eating is about maintaining a healthy relationship between your body and the food you consume daily. To put it simply, it is about finding that healthy lifestyle that suits you yourself only and makes you feel great, boosting your mood. In this episode we invited a dear friend (and nutritionist to be!) to share her stories pursuing her healthy diet journey!
