Sunah Hallie is a native of northern Virginia. She has been an advocate for equality of health resources and opportunities within the African American community and disadvantaged populations for over 10 years. She currently serves as the Program Manager for a Liver and Pancreas Institute for Quality at a notable acute care facility. Sunah received her Bachelors in Public Health Administration from Old Dominion University and her Master’s in Public Health from West Virginia University, with a concentration in Health Policy, Management and Leadership. Sunah’s research interests have primarily focused on stereotype threat and addressing food insecurity.
As an enthusiastic force within public health and over 12 years serving her community, she continues to identify ways to address the biggest concerns in healthcare. Sunah is also passionate about community engagement, women entrepreneurship and supporting grassroots organizations.
