My guest Jon Bartlett, who works as a Performance & Program Operations Advisor for the National Basketball Association (NBA) and I go on to discuss his why. He tells me about his background in Premier League and International Football, Australian Rules Football and a lot more, explaining what has shaped his why. Jon also shares some ideas on how you can go about finding your why and how important it is.

How many hours do I work on …... each week? Why?
What are my team, club or organisations values?
Are my team, club or organisations values aligned with my own?
