Annie Foos is the owner of St. Anne’s Cheese, which is based out of the St. Anne’s Hill neighborhood and whose mission is to “change the world one nibble of cheese at a time. Cheese has been a huge part of Annie’s family for generations, so join me as I talk with her about that history, what types of cheeses she does, upcoming educational and tasting events, and more.
