Trading Standards (NTSELAT's) research showed that >90% of those going on portals wanted to see detailed info about a property. So I'm not sure I understand why there should be any backlash at all against such info being mandated?! I've seen solicitors and agents worrying about it - why?
Interested to hear what James Munro, Head of the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team thinks about this 🤔
