Elco Kan 小時候自覺沒有運動天份，運動不多， 大學畢業後從事廣告及marketing的相關工作。在偶然下，認識了運動發燒友的現任老公。因為愛，由唔運動變得戀上運動，再成功考取國際田聯一級教練的資格。在這10年間，成立了帶給小朋友運動的鐵人家族、成年人運動的慈善體能班以，及專為女士而設的Miss Run；Miss Run到現在已有超過百位學員。在2021年更和老公一起聯同運動筆記合辦12 峰越野跑步賽。
