Got to love a great show! Tonights episode we actually had a “pop-up” guest last minute who joined us for the start. Shout out to Marquel Martin, of Combat Sports & agent to Heavyweight MMA fighter Francis Ngannou, for joining us last minute from the UFC Bubble. Ngannou & his team have a BIG fight coming up this Saturday here in Las Vegas for UFC 260, so we had a quick rundown on the fight & Francis Ngannou from Marquel.
The ladies were also joined by the hosts of “The Savery Show”, Avery Floyd & Sterling Littlejohn for the remainder of the show. Avery & Sterling are coming up on the 1yr anniversary of their podcast and they talked about how they got the idea and started they show. Mo & Mel get to know the guys’ team allegiances & chat about Mo & Avery’s commonality in the LA Lakers….well you need to hear what Sterling has to say about his “not right now” Laker fandom. From talking smack about Sterlings Cowboys, to Avery and his Eagles, the ladies were able to get to know the guys. Conversation was flowing, discussing the (now) 16 civil cases against Deshaun Watson, their thoughts and just how bad the NCAA did the Women’s tournament wrong with the weight room videos that went viral last last week. The group gave their thoughts on the NCAA tournament, as well as the upcoming NBA trade deadline and what moves could possibly still be made before the cut off tomorrow. And of course, we leave with a couple special #GirlPower salutes!
