What’s it going to take for you to become a part of the 1%? The acknowledgment that change is necessary for humanity comes with a price, it demands individuals to become drivers of change with a guaranteed return of struggles.

It may be difficult to become a pioneer, act against the norm, and be able to deliver the message out into the world. However, what sets the 1% apart is that they’re willing to undergo challenges that can bring change, no matter what.

In this episode, I share a glimpse of the learnings I’ve acquired from the Global Human Intelligence episode with Nadine Sinclair and made it relevant to what’s happening in humanity.

We see that change needs to occur, and some people develop the resilience to act on this change. These people are part of the 1% movement, they’re highly committed to making sure that value is consistently added to humanity’s table, so future generations can benefit from it.

It takes bigger actions to be in the 1%, it requires having bigger visions and a far outstretch of the muscle of human intelligence. In these circumstances, better decisions are made, uncomfortable conversations are explored and change is bound to happen.
