When it comes down to your aesthetic fitness goals, how is that working for you? It's ok to want to feel and look good, but we get so caught up in the external and never happy with the journey to feeling and ultimately look our most confident self. So today I want to share 3 tips to help you view your aesthetic fitness goals differently to help you stay consistent vs. frustrated by the results on the scale.
