Today’s guest is Tamar Samuels, a registered Dietitian Nutritionist, National Board Certified Health Coach, and the co-founder of Culina Health. In this episode, we talk a lot about how, when you're trying to heal the root cause of what's going on, whether it's gut issues, hormone health, thyroid disorders – really, whatever it is – it can cause us to have a lot of disordered eating tendencies and black-and-white thinking that actually ends up doing a lot more harm than good.
