Thor Bloomfield is a real estate development professional who launched Bloomfield Technology in the pandemic, introducing effective fever detection units to create safe environments for businesses, specifically in education, healthcare and retail.
Thor is a double lung transplant survivor and really interesting business leader, who talks through the ways in which the building and tech sectors are shifting post-pandemic.
He was born with Cystic fibrosis. It’s a progressive, genetic disease that causes persistent lung infections and limits the ability to breathe over time.
Like most kids growing up along the coast he enjoyed surfing and skating and then as a young adult, with his love of the outdoors, He started rock climbing, snowboarding and skiing.
