In this episode of Inclusion Unscripted, Margaret Spence will remind Black Professionals that we are enough! Many of you look to your organizations to validate your purpose. You want your boss to tell you that you're on the right track to advancement. You want to know that you're supported and recognized for your skills. Unfortunately, the reality for Black Professionals – our well is empty because the organizations we work for will not validate that we are enough. They will instead prove to us that good is not enough. That will affirm that great will never be enough. When all else fails, they will remind us that being exceptional is a bridge too far.

But we must find our center and realize that we are enough. We don’t need corporate validation to prove that we are enough, because we are enough right now. This powerful episode will reaffirm our need to love ourselves without expecting the organizations we work for to love us back.
