Today’s guest is Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, a board-certified internal medicine physician with an active medical practice near Birmingham, Alabama. She is also an author and an international media resource who has been featured in Prevention, MSNBC, Women's Day, Redbook, self, and numerous other media outlets. In this episode, we talk about different types of rest, friendship, love, boundaries, mental refocusing, and more. Since this is a bit of a shorter episode, I also share some of the top lessons I learned in 2020.
