今日音频只有西语“拖泥”，因为中文“带水Lucía”被热得上火了，喉咙冒烟，说不出话。上火这个词，很多同学都问过我们，应该怎么翻译成西班牙语呢？
“上火”和“风水”一样，是带有浓重中国文化背景的词语，很难用一两个词就能解释清楚，所以比如el calor de dentro这样的字面翻译，歪果仁如果不懂中国文化，那就算看懂了每个词，也不会懂它的意思，可能还会误会年轻人活力旺盛，嗯嗯？拖泥作为在中国呆了15年的假中国人，从来就直说“上火”的。
如果你需要跟外国朋友解释，可以这样说（这是拖泥15年来对上火的理解）：
En la medicina china todo tiene un equilibrio.
在中医里一切都讲究平衡。
Cuando el factor calor es superior al factor frío, tienes 上火。
当体内的热元素比冷元素多的时候，你就上火了。
Los síntomas son: dolor de garganta, fiebre, úlceras en la boca, en los labios, etc..
症状有：喉咙肿痛，发热，嘴里或者嘴唇起泡溃疡，等等。
Cuando el factor frío es mayor que el factor calor es cuando viene los famosos refriados.
当冷元素比热元素多的时候，你就伤风感冒啦！
