●黃添燕3年前在節目中教大家如何做店裡招牌料理塩焗雞年菜,今年她大推自製廣東臘腸,提及以玫瑰酒入味懷念媽媽的味道,難掩心繫娘家多人染疫形容都「羊」了。婚前,媽媽在廣東梅州開餐館,她笑說,自己連切菜都不會,20年前嫁來台灣苗栗公館,有個當廚師的公公,加上自己對料理的喜愛,這幾年已在教育部舉辦戶外餐桌挑大樑,推廣食農教育開辧戶外餐桌,食材來自小農有機種植的蕃茄、在地特產草莓等。創意十足不斷開發,談及姊姊跨海寄來湖南安化的黑茶,據說有提高免疫力的功效,然而她所想的卻是如何以養生概念入菜?今年也打算端上桌。
