世界貿易組織（WTO）總理事會通過任命奈及利亞前財政部長伊衛拉（Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala）為秘書長，於3月1日就職。現年66歲的她曾任奈及利亞財政部長，也曾在世界銀行（World Bank）擔任發展經濟學家。伊衛拉長期從事發展中國家減貧和全球疫苗健康領域工作，擁有豐富的國際組織管理經驗。女性與非洲代表的身份讓伊衛拉備受關注，她能否重新為WTO注入新活力？她相信貿易可緩解疫情？伊衛拉允諾將公平對待台灣，此話如何實踐？其將如何遷動台灣在WTO的角色？
