So I decided to devote my efforts to bodybuilding for the first time in decades. My training is primarily based on performance and looking good naked is a byproduct. In preparation for my 45th birthday in March, I am going to get swole patrol to the max. Here is a day of eating with a full macro and calorie breakdown for my mass-gaining phase. As I draw closer to March, you can see how my diet and training will change.
