Ok, I don't necessarily think I was a hypocrite, but I'm guilty of not practicing what I preach. Well, that's the definition of being a hypocrite, so I'm guilty as charged. I frequently talk about not overtraining, considering your health before aesthetics, and cardio should be either not done or done responsibly. I then went and broke all my own rules.
