我国新一代载人火箭将于2030年前完成研制

Scientists with the country’s space program are developing a new generation manned rocket to send astronauts to the moon. It is expected to be ready by 2030. They are also designing a super heavy carrier rocket. An aerospace scientist introduced both at the on-going China Space Conference in Haikou, Hainan Province. Zhang Hong has the details.

中国空间站的科学家们正在研制用于载人登月的新一代载人火箭，预计将于2030年完成，同时也在研制重型运载火箭。在海南省海口市举行的中国航天大会上，一位航天科学家介绍了这两个项目。记者张泓带来更多详细报道。

The newmanned【载人的】rocket’s core will have adiameter【直径】 of about 5 meters, similar to that of the Long March 5 heavy-lift rocket.

新一代载人火箭的芯级直径约五米，与长征五号重型运载火箭的直径相似。

It has a maximum payload of 70 tons in a low Earth orbit and 27 tons in a lunar orbit. We’ll be able to send three astronauts to the moon by 2030 with two launches.

近地轨道的运载能力可以达到大概70吨左右，地球到月球的转移轨道的运载能力大约是27吨，这样可能分两次发射，将（实现）三个中国人在2030年以前登上月球。

The super heavy carrier rocket is being designed with a capacity to lift about 150 tons of payload to a low Earth orbit. It will be the space program’s most powerful carrier rocket and will also be capable of use for missions to Mars, setting up a lunar base and a solar power station in space.

重型运载火箭也正在研制中，其低轨道运载能力可以达到约150吨以上，将成为未来我国运载能力最强的火箭。不仅可以用于火星探测、建立月球基地，还可以建造空间太阳能电站。

Its three-stage engines have passed short-distance andignition【点火】tests, meaning thedetailedplans are complete. It’s possible the rocket’s maiden flight will take place in 8 to 10 years.

一二三级的发动机都已经相应地做过了全系统的短程的热试车考核，也就是说具体方案都已经定了，8年到10年应该进入首次飞行试验是完全可能的。

Plans are also in place to use the country’s space station for in-orbit technical verification of a solar power station.

另据介绍，中国空间站将为未来空间太阳能电站提供在轨技术验证。

After city officials announced updated pandemic control measures for arrivals, public venues andresidential compounds【居民区】have been working to inform arrivals to get a PCR test and follow the rules. Everyone entering Shanghai is now required to do a PCR test on the first three days and alsoon the fifth day. Zhang Yue has the details.

上海市疫情防控工作领导小组办公室发布最新来沪返沪人员健康管理工作措施后，公共场所和相关社区就进行了各项准备，通知来返沪人员进行核酸检测并遵守管理要求。目前，来返沪人员除“三天三检”外，还需在第五天进行第四次核酸检测。记者张乐带来更多详细报道。

Arrivals will receive a notification saying "less than five days upon arrival in the city" on their health and venue code pages. They will be prohibited from entering public places including restaurants, shopping centers, and indoor entertainment venues. However, they are still allowed to take public transport. Hotel check-ins will not be affected.

所有来沪返沪的人员将在“随申码”和“场所码”的展示界面显示“来沪返沪不满5天”的标记提示，将被禁止进入公共场所，包括餐馆、购物中心和室内娱乐场所。不过，乘坐公共交通及宾馆等相关场所的入住将不受影响。

At a village in Nanqiao Town, Fengxian District, a volunteer team has been organized to check on the number of new arrivals to the village at least once a day. The number of non-permanent residents accounted for over 70% of people in the village.

3.ERDOGAN SAYS TURKIYE WILL LAUNCH GROUND OPERATIONS IN N.SYRIA

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan yesterday vowed to launch ground operations in northern Syria“soon”to attack the Kurdish People’s Protection Units, or YPG.

土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安昨天（当地时间11/22）表示“很快”将盘踞在叙利亚北部的库尔德武装“人民保护部队”（YPG）发动地面行动。

Erdogan’s remarks followed a Turkish aerial operation that began on Sunday morning against the YPG in northern Syria and the Kurdistan Workers Party in northern Iraq. The aerial operation,dubbed【称为】"Operation Claw-Sword," was launched after a bombing in Turkey’s largest city Istanbul on November 13 that killed at least six people and injured 81. A rocket attack on the northwestern Syrian city of Azaz killed five civilians and wounded five others yesterday.
