Have you ever had so many things going wrong in your life at the same time that it made you feel like there was nothing left to be grateful for? Well, I’m sure you’re not alone. We’ve all been there at one time or another, which is why it’s so important to learn how to start building a gratitude mindset.
What’s a gratitude mindset? It is a state of mind that allows you to focus on being thankful for what you have instead of dwelling on what’s missing. It’s about focusing on the many things that are going right instead of what is going wrong.

In this episode, you’ll learn some strategies for building a gratitude mindset that can help you to navigate difficult situations and take control of negative thinking patterns so that you can reach your goals more quickly, lower your stress levels, and improve your overall well-being. Please take a listen.
Here are some of those recommendations:

  1. Focus on what you can be grateful for today.
  2. Remember the grass is NOT always greener on the other side.
  3. Use a journal app or a notebook to make physical notes each day of things that happen throughout your day that you're grateful for; they'll provide a frame of reference for those times when things seem to be out of whack.

And while you’re at it, don't forget to grab your FREE Affirmation eCards to shift your mindset, raise your self-esteem and boost your self-confidence. Choose one or two that resonate with you, and make a habit of repeating them several times throughout the day, especially when you wake up in the morning, and at night before you go to bed. As you use them, observe the effect they have on you:

  • Do they make you feel more loving toward yourself and more confident?
  • Do they increase your belief in your abilities?
  • Do they make it easier for you to take life in stride?

Try to be aware of how your mind and body react to your practice of repeating affirmations. Be consistent with this practice and you’ll see the difference over time. Just click the link! FREE Affirmation eCards.
