As we wrap up 2021, let's revisit a few of Motherhood in ADHD's top-rated episodes. Today's "Episode Encore" is all about understanding emotional regulation and how executive function plays a part in how people with ADHD manage their emotions.

Explaining ADHD WITHOUT discussing Executive Function is like reading a book and skipping every other chapter. It just doesn't make sense because you lose part of the context, right?
