In this episode we open up about our own struggles with mental health and the way we've been able to deal with it. This topic can be something that comes with shame or embarrassment but we want to expose our lives and battles with it so that you don't feel alone. We discuss the church's role in this issue and also bring up some strategies that may help you on your journey. As always please hit us up if you need anything at all.
