For many years my new year resolution was to lose weight, until it wasn't anymore because I lost the weight and kept it off.
So, today's episode I'm sharing 6 tips of how to achieve your weight loss goal for the last time, so next year you can let another area of your life get the opportunity to turn into reality.
These 6 tips I'm sharing, you won't hear out there in the weight loss world, or in the diet industry, that's why it works.
They are realistic ideas and internal shifts that we need to be able to achieve any goal, but specially weight loss goals.
