Do you ever feel overwhelmed in life? News of war, mass shootings, climate change, global pandemics, racism, poverty, and cancer. Experiences of loss, chronic pain, fear, anxiety, and depression. Sometimes it all feels like too much. Remember that all of us feel this way from time to time, and our faith can provide critical resources to help us find a way forward. Check out this message as we remember that—with God’s help—we can handle anything life throws at us. Since this message was given on Father's Day, Pastor Mark also speaks directly to dads about the importance of living their faith as they try to raise healthy children. Please share this message with friends who are going through a difficult time.
