She helps her clients achieve their business goals, get more clients, get more confident with marketing their business authentically and create a business they love.
Lesley Waldron is an Integrative Women's Health Coach specialising in empowering people to live wildly well through their perimenopause transition. She has a passion for movement, for the outdoors and for helping her clients listen to what their bodies want and need as they go through the seasonal changes of their cycles, the year and the hormone shifts of perimenopause.
Hils and Lesley collaborate in helping women in business to thrive in their businesses while managing challenging mental, emotional and physical symptoms and feeling like doing anything but work and marketing during perimenopause.
