Elaine Godley and Jay Sahota talk about the complexities of managing a firm. Jay Sahota is the Senior Partner of Jarmans Solicitors. He read law at Cambridge and trained with Allen & Overy before spending several years at city firms as a commercial litigation lawyer. He has acted for the likes of Ryanair and Tesco. Jay has worked on small to very large (e.g £3.5billion) litigation claims for a range of clients and is head of the growing strong team of Dispute Resolution & Litigation Solicitors at Jarmans.
