In this episode I break down whole foods vs. minimally processed and ultra processed foods as it is a hot topic. I thought it would be helpful to view them from a different lens and share how I classify them when I am talking about the 80/20 method. We also cover what to avoid when reading labels and determining if it is moderately processed or ultra, while keeping in mind almost every food - even whole foods are technically processed in some way.
