Most organisations today will have a values statement. However, for many, they remain as posters on the walls and have not been converted into conversations in the halls.
In this webinar Stephen will highlight his career journey that has led him to focus on building values-based cultures and introduce the foundational mindset and skill-set for being a values-based leader.
