Season 3 Episode 03 – Reactions It seems like we are all dealing with a lot this year. That instead of the normal juggling we do as educators we are actually juggling flaming chainsaws. You might have noticed that you're quickly going from zero to sixty. Or in Spinal Tap fashion, we go right to eleven. How we react is one thing we can work on. We are all coming to school, all of us, with stress, fears, worries, and the world on our shoulders. How we react to our students, our colleagues, and if you are a school leader, your staff, matters. On this episode Josh and Mike dive into how they are feeling, what they are seeing, and how they are trying to manage their reactions to what is flying at them in the classroom and at school.
