This one’s for all the stressed-out legends who just want to chill! South Korea’s Space Out Competition challenges people to do absolutely nothing. No talking, no laughing, no scrolling—just sitting in serene stillness for 90 minutes. But don’t nod off! Falling asleep gets you disqualified.

The competition began in 2014 as an artistic escape from the chaos of Seoul and now crowns the champion based on their heart rate stability. This year, freelance broadcaster Kwon So-ah mastered the art of Zen and took the win. Could you sit still long enough to be the ultimate chill master?
