BioIntelliSense, Inc., claims it's a "single-use BioButton device, in combination with BioMobile applications and enterprise triage dashboards". It monitors your vitals and uploads data to the "cloud" for analysis. They claim it's being used to forecast symptoms of those high-risk of getting Covid. Now they can figure out if you will come down with the virus even before you get your first cough.
