As continuation of the previous episode, principal Felix describes the two different paths, academic and vocational, in the Swiss education system. The widely praised vocational education system in Switzerland not only teaches practical skills but also involves companies which prepare the pupils for entering the world of work. He further illustrates the strengths, the challenges and potential improvement he perceives in the education system and explains how the school integrates pupils with immigration background and deals with bullying.
