This month we are joined by Marilyn Webster, Director and Mediator, and Hugo Besterman, Director and Mediator, from Prime SEND Mediation Services. We are exploring how mediation is an important part of dispute resolution, how it can enable solution focused discussions when there is a challenge made to decisions around the Education Health Care Plan process or content. We also discuss a workshop planned for October 2021 to further this discussion with Parent Carers in Shropshire.
