🟡 How much you eat isn’t determined by a calorie budget - it’s a side effect of your relationships with food, body, exercise, and mind. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sure… you can willpower your way through your body’s built in regulation system in the short-term.
