Curtis Terry (@curtisterryjr) is a Curtis Viking and UNLV Running Rebel who has planted roots in Sin City! From Tacoma, Curt and I grew up together and believe it or not I use to hoop alongside him(in middle school and junior high). Besides calling UNLV Men's Hoops now for the Rebels and hosting his podcast @uncommentary, Curt is a husband, father, and youth sports fundraiser. Tune in for a dope conversation!

What I discuss with Curtis Terry:

  • What it's like living in Las Vegas.
  • Does he ever see himself moving back to the Northwest?
  • Washington being named the Mecca of Basketball.
  • Passing it forward being a part of the Hoops culture in Seattle/Tacoma
  • Will the Sonics return? Will Vegas get an NBA team?
  • His journey of walking on to UNLV and earning a scholarship.
  • The glory of hooping at Curtis HS and the Bemis' Rules days.
  • Reminiscing about the 1997 Champion Arizona Wildcats.
  • His podcast UnCommenTary and how he prepped for launch.
  • What it's like being the color commentator for UNLV men's basketball radio.
  • His role with the company Snapraise.
