Actress, artist, and co-founder of Modern Nirvana, Kat Graham, shares sacred space with my fiancé Luke Storey and I for a roundtable discussion about expressing spiritual and personal truths in public and living in your authentic power.

With a six million-strong Instagram following, dozens of magazine covers, television and movie roles, and that viral Vogue video, Kat Graham has had to carve a protective and honoring sphere around her energy to stay grounded to her mission across multi-media platforms.
