Then Asif discusses his favourite medical books (39:24): ‘The House of God’ by Samuel Shem, ‘An Anthropologist on Mars: Seven Paradoxical Tales’ by Oliver Sachs, ‘How Doctors Think’ by Jerome Groopman, and ‘When Breath Becomes Air’ by Paul Kalanithi.
